A team building session for NSS students of St. Raymond’s College, Vamanjoor, was organized by the Shubadha Society at Shubadha on 28th March 2026. The session was attended by 45 students along with 4 staff members.
The program was conducted by Sr. Aruna, who guided the students through interactive group activities designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and coordination. A notable activity was the Human Knot, where students collaborated physically to untangle themselves, fostering trust, patience, and problem-solving skills.
The exercises encouraged participants to step out of their comfort zones, communicate effectively, and support each other. The session successfully strengthened team spirit, leadership qualities, and group dynamics, leaving the students motivated and inspired to work collaboratively in future activities.
