A Health and Hygiene Awareness Programme was held at Rosamystica High School, Kinnikambla, organized by Shubadha Society, Suralpady. The session, conducted by Dr Sr Mable Clare from 2.15 to 3.15 pm, was attended by 240 eager and enthusiastic students.
Dr Clare stressed the importance of balanced nutrition, proteins, adequate sleep, limited mobile use, social health, and emotional well-being through regular reading habits. She also shared practical tips on proper handwashing, bathing daily, drinking sufficient water, oiling the head, and keeping personal surroundings clean and tidy.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mr Praveen, faculty member, leaving students deeply inspired to follow healthy habits.
